This research paper entitled "INFLUENCE OF PURCHASING MANAGEMENT IN THE PROFITABILITY OF CARRIER CAIPO S.R.L. CITY HUAMACHUCO "; general objective: To determine the influence of purchasing management in the profitability of Transport Caipo S.R.L. city of Huamachuco., on the issues based on acquisition, management and profitability. inductive-deductive, analytical, synthetic and statistical method: Cross and methods - for this report descriptive research design was used. the survey was used in data collection techniques. From the results, we can note that in the purchasing department was detected which has several shortcomings in procedures such as that do not have database providers, there is no evaluation of suppliers, rarely or never purchase orders are made stop shopping to do, never or almost never control the stock in inventory leads, never or almost never approve purchase orders. It is important to note that when detecting mismanagement shopping, evidenced a field of continuous improvement of the service they provide. It was also found that purchases have a high degree on the profitability of the company, which fluctuates by 33% on all sales of the year. These results were the basis for proposing actions to improve purchasing management. For these reasons, it was concluded that if purchasing management significantly influences the profitability of Transport Caipo S.R.L. Huamachuco city.
