Siendo las dosis utilizada del decocto de 1ml, se utilizaron 6 especímenes con sus respectivos úteros, a los cuales se les administró secuencialmente oxitocina y el decocto de Cantua buxifolia 20%. Los resultados mostraron similitud de efecto de ambas administraciones respecto amplitud (p=0.829), la frecuencia de contracción (p=1.00) y la actividad uterina (p=0.762).
