Sumario: | The purpose of the research work was to identify the unfavorable socioeconomic and family conditions in the patients of the tuberculosis control and prevention program - PCT, at the Casa Grande EsSalud Specialized Medical Center; The sample population consisted of 25 patients belonging to the program. The methods applied were deductive and inductive, since they provided a broad vision of the subject, the descriptive method that was precise with concrete data that allowed explaining the experiences lived in a real situation, obtaining the following results: 52% of the patients are from an extended family, have their own home, live in urban areas and belong to functional nome families, while 4% to 20% are from a composite family, live in lodgings and have an adobe house. Likewise, the techniques of observation, personalized interview and bibliographic compilation were used. In conclusion, 56% of patients had favorable socioeconomic conditions and in terms of family conditions, 64% belong to the nomo functional family, between 16% and 20%, socioeconomic conditions were favorable and in family conditions, 8% was located in the severely dysfunctional. Family conditions are favorable in the patients of the tuberculosis control and prevention program at the Casa Grande medical center, since the majority have extended families and in some cases, on the contrary, incomplete ones, where only a minimal part are from family nuclear. |
