ABSTRACT The present research work has the purpose to determine the influence of the The communication in organizational step in the labor performance of the teacher at classroom in the I.E.P. “St. Teresita De Jesús ” at Trujillo's city in the year 2017. The population is conformed for 30 teachers, being the sign the same one belonging to the population whom you applied the instruments of measurement over oneself. The utilized procedures matched them that the statistician provides us, beginning with the construction of tie, construction of graphics and the application of the statistical proof of contrastation of hypothesis to try the hypothesis of investigation. 1. It was obtained in the communication in organizational step that 56,7 % of teachers have a not too bad not too good level and 83,3 % of the teachers have a good level in labor performance of the teacher at classroom. You have also met than exists to her a positive significant relation between communication in organizational step and the labor performance of the teacher at classroom ( p 0,05 ). It was concluded that the communication in organizational step influences significantly the labor performance of the teacher at classroom in the I.E.P. “St. Teresita De Jesús ” at Trujillo's city in the year 2017.
