ABSTRACT The objective of this research was to determine the performance of the proposed occupational health and safety program for the 60 MW APR Energy LLC Trujillo 2011. Of academic and empirical relevance because it analyzes adaptation and compliance from a transnational company with an international standard to national multisectoral legislation. The research was descriptive, quantitative of pre experimental design. The results allow us to conclude: The occupational health and safety program of the APR Energy LLC 2011 thermal power plant was 100% in accordance with the general Peruvian labor legislation, 100% in accordance with the sector's SSO legislation in the electricity sector and 100% in accordance with the SSO Hydrocarbons legislation. Having been approved by all competent bodies. On the other hand, 100% complied with the OHSAS recommendations and knew how to adapt it to national legislation as well as through training to match the Global Security standard with Peruvian workers. Regarding performance, he showed excellent performance with effective control of the accident frequency index, the accident severity index and the accident rate, having been within the tolerable limits of the company. On the other hand, he had no observation by the different supervisory authorities. It is noteworthy that the design of these companies is accident and risk proof that was a key factor in their success.
