TITLE: WEB SYSTEM FOR FAST TRACK PROCESS MANAGEMENT SALES AND LOGISTICS COMPANY POSTES DEL NORTE S.A OF TRUJILLO AUTHORS: Burgos Gonzales Miluska Vanessa Rodríguez Portal POSTES DEL NORTE SA is a company dedicated to manufacturing and marketing posts and concrete elements. The context in which their productive activities are carried out leads to a constant decision-making by management concerning the purchase of resources from all suppliers with which account. The presence of inefficient logistics has led to make a misallocation of resources, so it is imperative that the processes within this area will be improved, in order to perform an efficient allocation of resources. Currently in the company it exists slowness in information management in each of the areas of the company, because information is obtained promptly be processed for the subsequent decision making. For the development of the system has been taken as a guide RUP methodology and make use of motor MYSQL database as PHP programming language. In Chapter I, it will discuss general information about the project, as well as available and unavailable materials to be used and will be needed for its development budget and estimated demand. In Chapter II, the problem actually framed and then make an introduction on the matter with a theoretical framework. Likewise, the objectives, rationale, the problem, variables and indicators are included.
