The objective of the research is to make a study on the impact generated on those unregulated microfinance La Libertad region, then opt for the supervision of the Superintendency of Banking and Insurance In the present investigation is designated as hypothesis the positive impact that has oversight of the Superintendent on the financial statements of microfinance unregulated to do an analysis of the financial statements in order to compare before and after monitoring was done, too a comparison of the most important ratios was conducted and concluded with an interview with professionals with experience in microfinance supervised and unsupervised. The reason for conducting this research is to note that due to the economic climate, there is variety of dedicated to microfinance companies, however not yet have a clear picture of those companies without being supervised choose to use some rules the superintendent , presented their accounts of the banking mode , thereby generating tax contingencies .
