Sumario:The present research work aimed to obtain seed of Solanum tuberosum L var. Yungay by aeroponic system in Santiago de Chuco, La Libertad. The research was descriptive. 16 plants were evaluated in one m2 of the total area, taking the central part of the aeroponic drawer, the results obtained from the evaluated parameters were as follows: number of tuberculillos per plant ranging from 76 to 110 tuberculillos, weight of tuberculillos per plant that are between 375 and 512 g , a tuber weight per m2 of 6,802 g, with a plant density of 25 cm between the plant and 25 cm between the row, plant height between 86 to 120 cm, root length from 75 to 105 cm, with a greater number of second category seed tubers and a period of 89 days until obtaining the first tubers.
