Sumario:The present investigation was carried out in the Chamber of Commerce and Production La Libertad; with the objective of describing and analyzing the influence of the organizational climate on the performance of the workers of the Chamber of Commerce and Production Freedom. In order to fulfill the objective, we worked with 36 collaborators of the aforementioned institution, people belonging to the 14 diversified areas within the institution. The investigation includes a detailed study regarding the influence of the organizational climate using methods such as: qualitative, inductive, deductive, descriptive and statistical; the techniques of direct observation, survey and review of bibliographical sources and instruments such as the observation register, questionnaire. Emphasis was placed on factors such as type of organization, technology, policies, operational goals, internal regulations, as well as attitudes, values and forms of social behavior. It also states that there is no consensus regarding the meaning of the term organizational climate, the definitions revolve around purely objective organizational factors such as structure, policies and rules, even perceived attributes as subjective as cordiality and support.
