In addition to the dissolution profile graphs. The dissolution efficiency (ED) parameters were calculated. According to the analysis results of the evaluated formulations A, B, C, can be concluded that they accomplish the pharmacopoeial specifications, releasing a percentage equal to 75% for less than 45 minutes. Finally, it can be concluded that the dissolution profiles of three types of tablets evaluated are equivalent

Los ensayos se llevaron a cabo con el equipo Agilent 708-DS, empleándose como medio de disolución 600 mL de agua, aparato tipo 2, velocidad de agitación de 50 rpm durante 45 minutos, como se describe en United State Pharmacopeia 38. Además de los gráficos de perfil de disolución, se calcularon los parámetros de Eficiencia de la Disolución (ED). De acuerdo con los resultados del análisis de las formulaciones evaluadas A, B, C, satisfacen las especificaciones farmacopeicas, liberando un porcentaje no menor al 75% (Q) durante al menos 45 minutos de ensayo.
