This thesis research was carried out in the Company Pereda E.I.R.L. a family business dedicated to manufacture of soles PVC for shoes in Trujillo City, La Libertad, whose problems facing manifests itself in the dissatisfaction of customers because of delays in deliveries of its products, and its management current lacks scientific support and economic liquidity is almost nonexistent. The problem was identified and defined the desired future, using the Systemic Methodology, resulting in the development of a management efficient and effective administration, based on strategic planning, with a holistic approach involving the entire company, trying to face the chaos of their environment achieving the desired situation by the partners. It has been shown that with the implementation of the new administration, developed according to its reality and environment, is able to solve your problem, evidenced in timely compliance with the commitments made to its customers, also in economic improvements, and satisfaction also workers who manage to work in a place with good organization, with clearly defined roles and responsibilities, with well-planned work.
