Sumario:This research is focused on explaining how it presents "I work FAMILY RECONCILIATION OF CONTRIBUTORS ATYPICAL WORK SYSTEM BY PLACE OF ORIGIN, APC CORPORATION COMPANY SA, Company Minera Antamina IN YEAR 2015" This study was conducted with a total of 138 employees of the company APC Corporation, among administrative staff and operator, 69 from catchment areas and 69 foreigners. To obtain the data, the inductive methods, descriptive, analytical, Qualitative, ethnographic and Phenomenological were used. Also, the following techniques Direct observation, interview and review of literature sources were used; through instruments Observation Guide, Guide Interview, Questionnaire. To this end, it has been based on the following theoretical approaches to human scale Development, Human Rights Focus, Focus Systems Approach Conciliation and family - work. From research the hypothesis to conclude that the Conciliation Family-Work has weakened in the Partners in Atypical Labor System according to place of origin, of the APC Corporation SA in CIA Minera Antamina, in 2015 stated, because they have an average level of parental self-efficacy, which identifies that employees feel they do not meet their own expectations in their role as father / mother; and, because inadequate interaction occurs family - work, highlighting that mainly presenting a negative influences of each other environment. This, despite the fact that participation in family life has a high level, as measured on the basis of assurance of economic resources that the father / mother can provide within the household.
