Sumario:ABSTRACT 3 Tesista Bachiller en Enfermería de la facultad de enfermería de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo. 4 Doctora en ciencias de enfermería. Docente principal de la facultad de enfermería; Sección de postgrado en enfermería de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo. Introduction: Nursing care for military brigades is little explored by our profession, this being a group of paramount importance in society and with certain peculiarities, which must be investigated due to the search for integral health in all spaces and Social subjects. Objective: to describe and analyze the daily routine of troop quarter staff of the 32nd Infantry Brigade of Trujillo. Theorists: Lefebvre and Heller for the daily and concepts of the quartered troop. Methodology: Qualitative, descriptive research. Scenario: 32 infantry brigade, north military region; Participants: eight young people from the barracks staff, selected with technique for convenience and saturation. Collection of speeches with in-depth interview and analysis with thematic analysis. Results: two categories and subcategories: Category 1. symbolism of being troop personnel; Subcategories: 1.1 love and defense of the Homeland and 1.2 organic and of mutual support. Category 2. 2. preparing for life in military time and space; Subcategories 2.1. Technical or professional training by the Armed Forces scholarship; 2.2.formation of values, discipline and Integrity. Final considerations: the participants have as symbolisms a feeling of love, service to the country, with an active and sacrificed daily dynamic that implies slight and radical changes in their lives in some cases. Express satisfaction for access to technical or vocational training and at the same time for training in values such as discipline and integrity; Although this routine is difficult for them, they express that the army has changed their lives, making them useful and necessary citizens for society.
