Descripción
Sumario:The present research work focused on the application of the POLYA method, as a strategy to reinforce mathematical problem solving in first grade students of primary school Trujillo 2021. Creating learning scenarios that allow students to develop their ability to analyze, understand, devise and execute a plan, propose ideas and / or alternative solutions, in order to improve the performance and skills of mathematical students, using didactic tools in a sequential manner to develop their competence and encourage them to face new challenges. Learning focused on the mathematical process can be a complex issue for the student, since it will depend on the methodology or strategy used by the professional, through didactic tools that facilitate the student to grasp quickly and better develop their analytical skills and anticipating the solution of problems. The purpose of employing strategies for student learning and strengthening their reasoning, the sessions of the students should be didactic processes that allow the student to develop their skills to improve their competencies. Finally, it was determined that mathematical learning, not only solves numerical situations in an exercise or task, mathematical reasoning is and will be present in the daily life of the student, therefore, it is important to reinforce the skills and security in various situations.
