It was obtained as conclusions that 40% of nurses indicated that working conditions are “Regular”, 20% indicated that they are “Good” and 20% indicated that they are “Bad”. Regarding the level of job satisfaction, 55% indicated "moderately satisfied" job satisfaction, 40% indicated that they are "satisfied", while 5% are "dissatisfied." There is a positive relationship between working conditions and job satisfaction in Nurses at the Surgical Center of Víctor Lazarte Echegaray Hospital 2019

La muestra estuvo conformada por 20 profesionales de enfermería, usando como instrumento el cuestionario de condiciones laborales y satisfacción laboral. Se obtuvo como conclusiones que el 40% de enfermeras indicaron que las condiciones laborales son “Regular”, el 20% indicaron que son “Buenas” y 20% indicaron que son “Malas”. En cuanto al nivel de satisfacción laboral el 55% indicaron satisfacción laboral “Medianamente satisfecho”, 40% indicaron que están “Satisfechas”, mientras que el 5% están “Insatisfechas”.
