The present research work entitled "Incidence of the supply chain in agricultural productivity in Italian grape farmers in the Santa Elvira de Buenavista sector of the Chao district 2017" is intended to diagnose agricultural productivity and the supply chain in Italian grape farmers in the Santa Elvira de Buenavista sector of the Chao district 2017.. The problem that was investigated is: What is the incidence of the supply chain on the agricultural productivity of the Italy grape in the Santa Elvira sector, Buenavista village of the Chao district of the province of Trujillo 2017 ?, given, The hypothesis is that the supply chain has a positive impact on the agricultural productivity of the Italy grape, in the Santa Elvira sector, Buenavista town of the Chao district of Trujillo province in 2017. The type of design was applied in the present investigation: Applied and descriptive correlational, not being modified or altered the data obtained. For which three farmers were taken as a census sample and as an instrument for gathering information, a survey was designed applied to the sample under study and the information of the supply chain for the year 2017 was analyzed, 63.6% and its incidence in grape productivity Italy was 51.85%. Thanks to the present investigation, the proposed hypothesis has been contrasted; demonstrating that the supply chain has a positive impact on agricultural productivity when properly managed. Otherwise, it has a negative impact on the agricultural productivity of the Italian grape in the Santa Elvira sector. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations were drafted, which will serve as a basis and support, to carry out new research, and to optimize decision-making by the Italian grape farmers in relation to the management of the supply chain.
