El escenario de investigación fue Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo lugar donde laboran las participantes y la población en estudio estuvo constituida por tres enfermeras asistenciales, las cuales reunían los criterios de selección. El número de sujetos participantes fue determinado por el método de saturación. Se tuvo en cuenta los criterios éticos y de Rigor científico. La información se obtuvo a través de la entrevista profunda a tres enfermeras asistenciales que supervisan a las internas de enfermería.
