Sumario:To determine the risk factors associated with teenage pregnancy in Hospital Chepen support, Chepén - La Libertad 2013. We performed a cross-sectional descriptive study considering the histories of pregnant patients, aged 15 and 19, who were treated at the Hospital Chepén Support - Chepén - La Libertad, 2013. The conclusions that were reached were: educational attainment and adolescent risk factor was the most frequent late secondary level in 35.43% of adolescents. lt found that only 37.01% contraceptiva use was a risk factor for late adolescents. The previous pregnancy as a risk factor was found in only 11.81% of adolescents evaluated . The violence factor reached 37.80% of late adolescents. As at the beginning of intercourse the highest percentage was found in 15 year old in a total of 30.71% of late adolescents who participated in the study. On the consumption of alcohol was found 40.94% of adolescents who consumad this toxic substance. As relates to cigarette 54.33% of the late teens have consumed sometime cigarettes
