description La comunidad de Casa Blanca es considerada como uno de los lugares con mayor índice de producción agrícola, sin embargo, se está viendo afectada por la falta de aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales, debido a la escasa participación por parte de las entidades públicas y/o la ausencia de una infraestructura arquitectónica. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal diseñar un centro agroturístico que promueva la revalorización del paisaje rural y el desarrollo de actividades agrícolas en Casa Blanca, por medio de espacios de integración que fomenten el interés por la conservación y las prácticas agrícolas sostenibles con el medio rural, de tal forma se pretende mitigar la degradación del paisaje agrícola que presenta Casa Blanca. El desarrollo de la presente investigación tendrá un enfoque cualitativo, de paradigma interpretativo y socio crítico y de nivel exploratorio-descriptivo y proyectual. Por ende, se concluye que la propuesta de un Centro Agroturístico Sostenible contribuye con la conservación del paisaje rural, así mismo, mejora la calidad de vida de los pobladores de Casa Blanca mediante el desarrollo económico, social y ambiental.

The main objective of this research is to design an agrotourism center that promotes the revaluation of the rural landscape and the development of agricultural activities in Casa Blanca, through integration spaces that promote interest in conservation and sustainable agricultural practices in the rural environment. , in this way it is intended to mitigate the degradation of the agricultural landscape that Casa Blanca presents. The development of this research will have a qualitative approach, an interpretive and socio-critical paradigm and an exploratory-descriptive and projective level.
