La presente tesis intitulada “La influencia de la función notarial en la nulidad de asientos registrales, Zona Registral N.º XI Sede Ica - 2021”, exterioriza a su problema general, siendo el siguiente ¿De qué manera la ineficacia de la función notarial influye en la nulidad de los asientos registrales en la Zona Registral N.º XI Sede Ica - 2021?, igual forma describe la justificación ya que al haberse comprobado y ejecutado, se observa que beneficia los Notarios, futuros Notarios, a titulares registrales, terceros de buena fe, los adquirientes y transferentes de la propiedad como al Estado Peruano, ya que en ésta investigación se detendrá el tráfico inmobiliario, los delitos que derivan de ello, así como el objetivo general que determina la ineficacia de la función notarial en la nulidad de los asientos registrales, además de su perjuicio. La sección metodológica de nuestra investigación, utilizó al método general, así también a la fórmula análisis – síntesis, de modo que la investigación está orientada a la mejora del conocimiento, y caracterizada por la sistematización de conceptos de índole jurídica y la explicación de fenómenos sociales, además que, emplea un procedimiento explicativo y como método exclusivo el exegético. Estableciéndose así que, la investigación aborda un tipo socio– jurídico, de horizonte explicativo, en evidencia de razones transcendentales en variantes jurídicas en el quehacer diario del notario, protegiendo la correcta aplicación de la norma idónea. ----- This thesis entitled "The influence of the notarial function on the nullity of registry entries, Registry Zone No. XI Sede Ica - 2021", externalizes its general problem, being the following: How does the inefficiency of the notarial function influence the nullity of the registry entries in the Registry Zone No. XI Ica Headquarters - 2021?, the same way describes the justification since having been verified and executed, it is observed that it benefits Notaries, future Notaries, registry owners, third parties in good faith , the acquirers and transferors of the property as well as the Peruvian State, since this investigation will stop the real estate traffic as well as the crimes that derive from it, as well as the general objective that determines the ineffectiveness of the notarial function in the nullity of registry entries , in addition to its damage. The methodological section of our investigation used the general method, as well as the analysis-synthesis formula, so that the investigation is oriented to the improvement of knowledge, and characterized by the systematization of concepts of a legal nature and the explanation of social phenomena, we have the explanatory procedure and the exegetical method as the exclusive method. Thus, establishing that the research addresses a socio-legal type, with an explanatory horizon, in evidence of transcendental reasons in legal variants in the daily work of the notary, protecting the correct application of the ideal norm.
