Esta investigación establece la concordancia entre el espíritu emprendedor y la fundación de pequeñas y micro empresas en los jóvenes de 18 a 29 años del distrito de La Tinguiña en la provincia y región Ica - 2021. El estudio se ha regido por el método científico, empleándose una metodología debidamente fundamentada. Participaron como muestra 384 jóvenes a quienes se les aplicaron dos cuestionarios a través de la pericia de la indagación. Entre las presunciones descriptivos, tenemos 77,9% de los jóvenes presentaron un nivel regular de espíritu emprendedor, el 16,1% mostraron elevación alta, y un 6,0% obtuvieron una elevación baja; pero también se halló que un 76,3% de los jóvenes presentaron un nivel regular de capacidad hacia la inventiva de las pequeñas y mediana empresas, un 13,0% demostró un horizonte alto, además el 10,7% una elevación baja. Entre las deducciones inferenciales, se obtuvo un coeficiente Rho= 0,924 y un p-valor= 0,000 < α= 0,05, que permite afirmar que entre las variables existe una correlación directa y significativa. En tal sentido, se llegó a la conclusión de que existe una correlación asociada al hálito emprendedor y la imaginación de las micro y pequeñas empresas en los adolescentes de 18 a 29 abriles del distrito de La Tinguiña - Ica - 2021. ----- The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between entrepreneurship and the creation of micro and small enterprises in young people between 18 and 29 years of age in the district of La Tinguiña in the province and region of Ica - 2021. The study was governed by the scientific. A sample of 384 young people participated in the study, to whom two questionnaires were administered using the survey technique. Among the descriptive results, it was found that 77.9% of the young people presented a regular level of entrepreneurship, 16.1% a high level, and 6.0% a low level; but it was also found that 76.3% of the young people presented a regular level of capacity for the creation of micro and small businesses, 13.0% presented a high level, and 10.7% a low level. Among the inferential results, we obtained a coefficient Rho= 0.924 and a p-value= 0.000 < α= 0.05, which allows us to affirm that there is a direct and significant correlation between variable X (entrepreneurial spirit) and variable Y (creation of micro and small businesses). In this sense, it was concluded that there is a relationship between entrepreneurship and the creation of micro and small enterprises in young people between 18 and 29 years of age in the La Tinguiña in the province and region of Ica - 2021.
