Determinar cuáles son las complicaciones post operatorias de apendicectomías en el Hospital Regional de Ica 2020–2021. El tipo de estudio que se realizo fue de tipo observacional, cuantitativo, retrospectivo. Dentro de las complicaciones post operatorias de apendicectomías en el Hospital Regional de Ica 2020–2021 determinamos, absceso con un 54,55%, infección/herida representado con un 32,58%, bridas /adherencias con un 5,30%, fistula con un 3,79%, obstrucción intestinal representado por un 3,03% e Íleo paralítico con un 0,76%. Dentro de las principales complicaciones post operatorias de apendicectomías identificadas en los pacientes del Hospital Regional de Ica con absceso con un 54,55%, infección /herida representada con un 32,58%, bridas /adherencias con un 5,30%, fistula con un 3,79%, obstrucción intestinal representado por un 3,03% e íleo paralitico con un 0,76%. ----- To determine what are the postoperative complications of appendectomies in the Regional Hospital of Ica 2020-2021. The type of study that was carried out was observational, quantitative, analytical, retrospective. Within the post-operative complications of appendectomies at the Regional Hospital of Ica 2020-2021 we determined, Abscess with 54.55%, Infection / Wound represented with 32.58%, Flange / Adhesions with 5.30%, fistula with 3.79%, intestinal obstruction represented by 3.03% and paralytic ileus with 0.76%. Among the main postoperative complications of appendectomies identified in patients of the Regional Hospital of Ica with abscess with 54.55%, infection / wound represented with 32.58%, flange / adhesions with 5.30%, fistula with 3.79%, intestinal obstruction represented by 3.03% and paralytic ileus with 0.76%.
