Complicaciones durante el embarazo en adolescentes y su repercusión en el recién nacido en el Hospital Augusto Hernández Mendoza de Ica - 2020

Determinar la relación entre las complicaciones durante el embarazo en adolescentes y sus repercusiones en el recién nacido en el Hospital Augusto Hernández Mendoza - 2020”. La investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo, retrospectiva, transversal, de nivel correlacional, no experimental, contó con una muestra de 67 gestantes adolescentes atendidas en el Hospital Augusto Hernández Mendoza – 2020. Las características sociodemográficas de las gestantes, en cuanto a la edad predominó el rango de 15 a 17 años con el 97%, seguido del 3% de 12 a 14 años, con respecto al estado civil el 64.2% son convivientes, el 83.5% son trabajadoras independientes y el 92.5% provienen de zonas urbanas. Las principales complicaciones maternas fueron el parto pre término (28.4%) y la anemia (10.4%), la repercusión principal en el recién nacido fue ser niño (a) prematuro (40%), APGAR <2 (28.4%) y bajo peso al nacer (26.9%), presentó relación estadísticamente significativa entre las complicaciones durante el embarazo en adolescente y las repercusiones en el recién nacido (p<0.001). Se concluyó que la relación entre las variables se presentó entre la amenaza de aborto y el peso del recién nacido (p=0.025), amenaza de aborto y APGAR (p=0.033), anemia con el APGAR (p=0.008), infección urinaria con la edad gestacional (p= 0.024), infección urinaria con APGAR (p=0.002) y parto pre - término y edad gestacional RN (p=<0.001). ----- To determine the relationship between complications during pregnancy in adolescents and repercussions in the newborn at the Augusto Hernández Mendoza Hospital - 2020". The research is quantitative, retrospective, cross-sectional, descriptive, correlational, non-experimental, with a sample of 67 adolescent pregnant women attended at the Hospital Augusto Hernández Mendoza - 2020.” We have the sociodemographic characteristics of the pregnant women, where the predominant age range was 15 to 17 years with 97%, followed by 3% of 12 to 14 years, with respect to marital status 64.2% are cohabitants, 83.5% are independent workers and 92.5% come from urban areas. The main maternal complications were preterm delivery (28.4%) and anemia (10.4%) and the main impact on the newborn was prematurity (40%), APGAR < 2 (28.4%) and low birth weight (26.9%), with a statistically significant relationship between complications during adolescent pregnancy and the impact on the newborn (p<0.001). Was concluded that the relationship between the variables was between threatened abortion and newborn weight (p=0.025), threatened abortion and APGAR (p=0.033), anemia with APGAR (p=0.008), urinary tract infection with gestational age (p= 0.024), urinary tract infection with APGAR (p=0.002) and pre-term borning and gestational age RN (p=<0.001).
