El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal evaluar el impacto ambiental de la construcción de rellenos sanitarios en la comuna de Santiago-Ica-2020. La metodología que se desarrollo fue de tipo aplicada, con un nivel exploratorio y descriptiva de diseño correlacional, no experimental. La información fue procesada aplicando los softwares de Word, Excel, y el estadístico SPSS 25, se presentaron tablas, gráficos; considerando el uso de herramientas estadísticas asistidas por computadora. Se utilizo el método estadístico de la prueba de Rho de Spearman. Se concluyo que la construcción del relleno sanitario, si genera un impacto ambiental en el distrito de Santiago – Provincia de Ica-2020, ya que se obtuvo un coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman, que tiene el valor de 0.755 y el sigma (bilateral) es de 0,006. Asimismo, la construcción del relleno sanitario si genera impacto del medio socio cultural, físico y biótico con en el distrito de Santiago -Ica-2020 de la provincia de Ica, ya que se obtuvo un coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman, que tiene el valor de 0.748** y el sigma (bilateral) es de 0,004. Por último, la construcción del Relleno Sanitario está relacionada con la generación de aspectos ambientales en el distrito de Santiago -Ica-2020 de la provincia de Ica, ya que se obtuvo un coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman, que tiene el valor de 0.713 y el sigma (bilateral) es de 0,004. ----- In the present research work, the main objective was to carry out the evaluation of the environmental impact in the construction of the sanitary landfill in the district of Santiago -Ica-2020. The methodology that was developed was of an applied type, with a correlational, non-experimental level of exploratory and descriptive research. The information was processed by applying Word, Excel, and SPSS 25 statistical software, tables and graphs were presented; considering the use of computer-assisted statistical tools. The methods used in the present investigation were Spearman's Rho test. It was concluded that the construction of the sanitary landfill, if it generates an environmental impact in the district of Santiago - Province of Ica-2020, since a Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient was obtained, which has the value of 0.755 and the sigma (bilateral) is 0.006. Likewise, the construction of the sanitary landfill does generate an impact on the socio-cultural, physical and biotic environment in the district of Santiago -Ica-2020 of the province of Ica, since a Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient was obtained, which has the value is 0.748** and the sigma (bilateral) is 0.004. Finally, the construction of the Sanitary Landfill is related to the generation of environmental aspects in the district of Santiago -Ica-2020 of the province of Ica, since a Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient was obtained, which has the value of 0.713 and the sigma (two-sided) is 0.004.
