Informalidad de las MYPES y situación de los trabajadores en el distrito de Ica, año 2017

La investigación realizada tuvo como propósito demostrar la relación existente entre informalidad de las MYPES y la situación de los trabajadores, también como existe malestar entre los empresarios para poder formalizarse, lo cual distrae el poder escuchar, preocuparse por la situación de sus colaboradores, el trabajo realizado corresponde a una investigación descriptiva, el diseño utilizado es el descriptivo correlacional, los instrumentos de investigación usados para levantar la información objetiva del tema investigado se hizo posible mediante el Cuestionario sobre informalidad de las MYPES para Empresarios y el Cuestionario sobre situación laboral de los trabajadores. Los datos presentados en los Cuadros Estadísticos del 01 al 20 nos permiten apreciar el punto de vista de los empresarios respectos a la informalidad en las MYPES, en ellos se encuentra información detallada de las razones por las cuales prefieren seguir siendo informales que se resumen en que la frondosidad de los tramites, la desconfianza en los trabajadores de las instituciones, entidades encargadas de formalizarlos los alejan de esta posibilidad, también el trato que reciben de parte de las entidades financieras sean bancos, cajas municipales no les dan la confianza de contar con efectivo para hacer frente a los trámites que demanda formalizarse. Por otro lado, la información contenida en los Cuadros Estadísticos del 21 al 30 ha permitido rescatar que los trabajadores se ven afectados por la imposibilidad de formalizarse las MYPES, provocando que no se sientan atendidos como corresponde. Ha quedado demostrado que existe una relación muy estrecha entre la informalidad de las MYPES y la situación de los trabajadores, por lo que se hace necesario encontrar mecanismos apropiados para que de manera progresiva estas puedan formalizarse y por ende permitirles una mejor calidad de vida a sus trabajadores, pagándoles oportunamente, reconociéndoles derecho a vacaciones, a seguro social, pensiones y todo lo anotado en las normas legales vigentes. ----- The research purpose was to demonstrate the relationship between informality of the MYPES and the situation of workers, also as there is unrest among the entrepreneurs to be formalized, which distracts the listening, worry about the situation of its employees, the work carried out corresponds to a descriptive research, used design is the descriptive correlational research instruments used to lift the objective information in the topic investigated is made possible by the informality of the MYPES for entrepreneurs questionnaire and the questionnaire on employment situation of workers. The data presented in the statistical tables from 01 to 20 allow us to appreciate the point of view of entrepreneurs respects to informality in the MYPES, therein is detailed information on the reasons why prefer to remain informal which are summarized in that the frondosida of the procedures, mistrust in the workers of institutions, entities responsible for formalizing them away them from this possibility, also the treatment on the part of the entities financial are banks, municipal savings does not give them the confidence of having cash to deal with the formalities required to formalize. On the other hand, the information contained in the statistical tables from 21 to 30 has allowed rescue workers are affected by the impossibility of formalized MSES, causing not feel treated accordingly. It has been demonstrated that there is a relationship very close between the informality of the MSE and the situation of the workers, by which it is necessary to find appropriate mechanisms so that progressively these can be formalized and thus allow them to a better quality of life for their workers, paying them, recognizing them right to holidays, to social security, pensions and all annotated in current legal standards.
