Evaluación de la efectividad del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional frente al COVID-19 Empresa Minera Shougang Hierro Perú S.A.A.

La investigación ha buscado determinar el nivel de efectividad del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional frente al Coronavirus COVID-19 en la Empresa Minera Shougang Hierro Perú S.A.A. en el año 2020. Esta se ha regido por una metodología de tipo básica, de alcance descriptivo, y de diseño no experimental de corte transeccional descriptivo. Se trabajó con una muestra de 305 colaboradores, a quienes mediante la técnica de la encuesta se les aplicaron un cuestionario. Entre los resultados, se encontró que la efectividad del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional frente al Coronavirus COVID-19 se ubicó en un nivel regular (49,5%), en un bajo (43,3%), y en un nivel alto (7,2%). Sumado a ello, también se encontró que un nivel regular de efectividad de la política (49,5%), un nivel regular de efectividad de la planificación (46,9%), un nivel regular de efectividad de la implementación (48,9%), un nivel regular de efectividad de la verificación (46,9%), y un nivel regular de efectividad de la revisión (47,9%). Como conclusión central, se determinó que que no existe un alto nivel de efectividad del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional frente al Coronavirus COVID-19, sino más bien un nivel regular con una tendencia a una baja efectividad. ----- The research has sought to determine the level of effectiveness of the occupational health and safety management system against Coronavirus COVID-19 in Shougang Hierro Perú S.A.A. Mining Company in the year 2020. This was governed by a basic methodology, descriptive in scope, and of a nonexperimental design with a descriptive transectional cut. We worked with a sample of 305 collaborators, to whom a questionnaire was applied by means of a survey technique. Among the results, it was found that the effectiveness of the occupational health and safety management system against COVID-19 Coronavirus was at a regular level (49.5%), at a low level (43.3%), and at a high level (7.2%). In addition, it was also found that a regular level of policy effectiveness (49.5%), a regular level of planning effectiveness (46.9%), a regular level of implementation effectiveness (48.9%), a regular level of verification effectiveness (46.9%), and a regular level of review effectiveness (47.9%). As a central conclusion, it was determined that there is not a high level of effectiveness of the occupational health and safety management system against COVID-19 Coronavirus, but rather a regular level with a tendency to low effectiveness.
