El tema a desarrollar causa profundo estudio y comprensión a nivel social, jurídico, familiar, político, cultural, etc., por parte de los que de una u otra manera nos sentimos involucrados en el tratamiento de la prisión preventiva; por lo que siempre estaremos atentos a contribuir con una parte de la solución a este problema que lamentablemente cada vez más incide en el hacinamiento de internos en el Centro Penitenciario Cristo Rey de Cachiche de Ica. Asimismo, en el punto I trata de los antecedentes de tema a desarrollar; es decir a nivel internacional, nacional y local, donde se dan a conocer las conclusiones que arribaron dichos autores. De igual manera la base teórica, en ello desarrollamos diferentes temas que conllevan a un mejor entendimiento y conocimiento de la prisión preventiva. Acto seguido tocamos el aspecto filosófico como también las definiciones de palabras y oraciones. También se abarca puntos importantes como el planteamiento del problema, esto es principal como específicas, luego los objetivos generales y específicos, variables de igual manera en sus dos partes, hipótesis, operacionalización de las variables, entre otros. Los mismos que nos permiten tener una noción general y especifica de los problemas que atañen al tratamiento de la prisión preventiva. En lo que respecta al punto II de igual forma tratamos aspectos de estrategia metodológica, como tipo, nivel de investigación, así como en el aspecto de la población en general y en la muestra, para si tener un resultado óptimo. En ese mismo sentido, en el punto III se definen los resultados y la presentación e interpretación de los mismos, la misma que se da en forma anónima. Continuando, vemos el punto IV, relacionado a la discusión del tema planteado, ya en la parte final procedemos a presentar las Conclusiones y Recomendaciones. ----- The topic to be developed causes deep study and understanding at the social, legal, family, political, cultural, etc. level, by those of us who in one way or another feel involved in the treatment of preventive detention; Therefore, we will always be attentive to contributing part of the solution to this problem that unfortunately increasingly affects the overcrowding of inmates at the Cristo Rey de Cachiche Penitentiary Center in Ica. Likewise, point I deals with the background of the topic to be developed; that is, at an international, national and local level, where the conclusions reached by said authors are made known. In the same way, the theoretical base, in it we develop different topics that lead to a better understanding and knowledge of preventive detention. Next we touch on the philosophical aspect as well as the definitions of words and sentences. Important points are also covered such as the statement of the problem, this is mainly specific, then the general and specific objectives, variables in the same way in their two parts, hypotheses, operationalization of the variables, among others. The same ones that allow us to have a general and specific notion of the problems that concern the treatment of preventive detention. Regarding point II, we also deal with aspects of methodological strategy, such as type, level of research, as well as the aspect of the population in general and in the sample, in order to have an optimal result. In that same sense, point III defines the results and their presentation and interpretation, which is given anonymously. Continuing, we see point IV, related to the discussion of the topic. In the final part we proceed to present the Conclusions and Recommendations.
