El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la influencia de la administración del proceso productivo en los colaboradores de la empresa Agroexport Ica S.A.C., utilizando el aplicativo OrangeHRM que es de código abierto. La metodología fue de tipo básico, el diseño de investigación fenomenológico. Los resultados del aplicativo OrangeHRM permitió gestionar información oportuna sobre la experiencia laboral de los trabajadores de la empresa a Agroexport Ica S.A.C, donde el 53.7% respondieron que es muy bueno el aplicativo en la gestión de información sobre la experiencia laboral de los colaboradores. y con menor porcentaje la opción mala con el 9.8%. Así mismo el aplicativo OrangeHRM permitió gestionar información oportuna sobre las horas de trabajo en embarque de los trabajadores de la empresa Agroexport Ica S.A.C., donde el 70.7% respondieron muy bueno el aplicativo en la gestión de información sobre la experiencia laboral y con menor porcentaje la opción mala con el 7.3%. Del análisis del resultado se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis alterna demostrándose que la administración del proceso productivo en los colaboradores con la versión de código abierto aplicativo OrangeHRM, si influye directamente en la empresa Agroexport Ica S.A.C., ubicada la provincia de Ica, donde el estadístico chi cuadrado de la tabla fue de 40.11327, inferior al hallado en el estudio cuyo valor fue de 47.4 y con un nivel de significancia de 0.00. Concluimos que la administración del proceso productivo en los colaboradores con la versión de código abierto aplicativo OrangeHRM, influye de forma significativa en la empresa Agroexport Ica S.A.C., provincia de Ica. ----- The objective of the study was to determine the influence of the administration of the production process in the collaborators with the open-source version of the OrangeHRM application, company Agroexport Ica S.A.C., province of Ica, and 2021. Method was of a basic type, the phenomenological research design. Results the OrangeHRM application allowed to manage timely information on the work experience of the company's workers to Agroexport Ica S.A.C, where 53.7% responded that the application is very good in managing information on work experience and with a lower percentage the option bad with 9.8%; Likewise, the OrangeHRM application allowed to manage timely information on the work hours in shipment of the workers of the company Agroexport Ica S.A.C., where 70.7% responded very well to the application in the management of information on work experience and with a lower percentage the bad option with 7.3%. From the analysis of the result, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternate one is accepted, demonstrating that the administration of the productive process in the collaborators with the open-source version of the OrangeHRM application, if it directly influences the company Agroexport Ica S.A.C., province of Ica, where the crackling of table was X2=40.11327, lower than that found in the study where X2= 47.4, with 27 df, and a significance level of 0.00. We conclude that the administration of the productive process in the collaborators with the OrangeHRM application open-source version, significantly influences the company Agroexport Ica S.A.C., province of Ica.
