The research entitled, "The Internal Control and Process of Procurement of Goods and Services of the National School Food Program Qali Warma 2016”, whose objective was to determine the relationship that exists between the Internal Control and the Process of Procurement of Goods and Services of the Program National Food School Qali Warma 2016, as a contribution to the analysis, description, explanation and relationship of the two variables. The methodology of the investigation obeys to the quantitative approach, it is a study of basic type, of non-experimental cross-correlational design, where two Likert-type questionnaires validated according to expert judgment have been used and tested on the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient as an instrument of data collection at the perception of the workers surveyed. Likewise, after having developed the research, applying the instruments and performing the statistical processing, the following conclusion was reached: internal control (r = 0, 762) significantly (p <0.000) with the process of contracting goods and services of the workers of the National School Feeding Program Qali Warma 2016; the hypothesis was tested and it is concluded that the internal control is directly and significantly related to the process of contracting goods and services of the workers of the National School Feeding Program Qali Warma, 2016.
