description El trabajo tuvo por objetivo identificar la relación que existe entre el estrés laboral y el clima organizacional en los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Provincial de Huancayo en el año 2016, fue un estudio correlacional con diseño correlacional. Para el recojo de datos se utilizó la técnica de encuesta, con el cuestionario de estrés laboral y clima organizacional como instrumento, la cual cuenta con validez y confiabilidad. Los resultados de esta investigación muestran que no existe relación entre el estrés laboral y el clima organizacional en los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Provincial de Huancayo en el año 2016.
