description El estudio realizado consideró como objetivo general, conocer la relación entre el aprendizaje organizacional con la satisfacción laboral de los docentes de la Red educativa José Carlos Mariátegui – Carhuapata - Lircay, para lo cual se utilizó el enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de investigación no experimental y con diseño descriptivo correlacional. La población censal estuvo constituida por 40 docentes de Educación Primaria, de los cuales se obtuvo los datos que fueron acopiados mediante la encuesta, con sus instrumentos escala sobre aprendizaje organizacional y escala sobre satisfacción laboral, previa validación por juicio de expertos. El Coeficiente de Correlación “Rho” de Spearman fue el estadígrafo de contraste de las hipótesis, con la aplicación del Software IBM-SPSS. Los resultados muestran que existe correlación moderada estadísticamente significativa en la población entre aprendizaje organizacional y satisfacción laboral de la Red Educativa “José Carlos Mariátegui” de Carhuapata - Lircay
