The study was developed in the city of Requena, in order to know the final disposal of waste oil used by motor vehicles, where 9 oil sales centers and 8 mechanics workshops were taken into account, the same on three levels. research: establishment owners, workers and vehicle owners. It is concluded that 94 percent of the owners do not know about final disposal, but are capable of properly managing waste. In the same proportion, workers also report the same. Vehicle owners state that they know that establishments store and sell waste oil to third parties who use it for other purposes. However, those interviewed state that there is a predisposition to improve the environmental culture of the population, carrying out good management and final disposal of waste oil used by motor vehicles in Requena.
