Sumario:The findings presented are linked to the results obtained after implementing a management strengthening program designed to improve the educational management of initial level teachers. The research question formulated was: What is the effect of the Management Performance Strengthening Program to improve the pedagogical management of teachers in initial level educational institutions in the city of Iquitos 2023? The premise was that in 2023, the pedagogical management of teachers in Iquitos's elementary schools would be much improved after implementing the program to boost managerial performance, and to evaluate the effect of the managerial performance strengthening program to improve management. pedagogy was raised as a general objective. The study carried out is of an evaluative nature, using a quasi-experimental design that includes both an experimental group and a control group. The sample size consists of 50 participants, 25 assigned to the experimental group and 25 assigned to the control group. The survey method and a performance test were used, using an instrument that was verified by specialists. The conclusion is that the evaluation of the impact of the implementation of the management strengthening program to improve pedagogical management is necessary before its implementation. The initial value of the variable was 14.42. After the implementation of the program, the value increased to 18.46, which demonstrates a clear impact of the program on the variable under investigation.
