Sumario:Organizations or institutions today are concerned about having happy collaborators in their workplace, willing to give the maximum effort to achieve institutional objectives, in this context the present research has the general objective of relating the organizational climate with work stress in the administrative collaborators of the Public Ministry of the Fiscal District of Loreto, of the city of Iquitos, November 2019 and as specific objectives: determine the level of organizational climate, the level of stress and establish the relationship between organizational climate and work stress in its different dimensions in the administrative collaborators of the Public Ministry of the Fiscal District of Loreto, of the city of Iquitos, November 2019. The investigation is of a descriptive correlational type and of non-experimental design, the sample consisted of 175 collaborators. The results of the research show that there is a statistically significant relationship between organizational climate and work stress; 86.9% of the collaborators indicated that the work environment is regular, 59.5% are moderately stressed and there is a statistically significant relationship between organizational climate and work stress in its different dimensions in the administrative collaborators of the Public Ministry of the Fiscal District of Loreto, of the city of Iquitos, November 2019
