Descripción
Sumario:The relationship between logistics management and job satisfaction at the Loreto Nauta 2024 Local Educational Management Unit. A quantitatively focused design was used that avoids the experimental, descriptive, and correlational with a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Spearman's Rho coefficient. A significantly positive correlation was found between logistics management and job satisfaction, with a coefficient of 0.835 and a p-value of 0.000, confirming that improvements in logistics processes contribute to greater employee satisfaction. Furthermore, the reliability analysis showed high levels of internal consistency in the scales used, with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.903 for logistics management and 0.948 for job satisfaction. It is concluded that efficiency in logistics planning, organization, and control directly impacts staff well-being, highlighting the need to strengthen logistics management within the institution. As a novel contribution, the study demonstrates with empirical evidence that better management of resources and logistics processes can be a key factor in staff motivation and performance, providing a basis for future improvements in educational administration.
