The experiment was carried out at the facilities of the Horticultural Plant Teaching and Research Workshop (TEIPH), of the Faculty of Agronomy-UNAP, located at Km. 3 of the road to Zungarococha, south of the city of Iquitos, whose geographical coordinates are: South Latitude 03o 46’ 13.2’’ West Length 73o 22 x 10.4; Elevation: 126 meters above sea level. The type of research was experimental, explanatory with an independent variable (planting distance) and six dependent variables (plant height, plant extension, stem diameter, number of leaves/plant, leaf/plant weight and leaf/ha weight); the objective of the research work was to determine the relationship of planting estating, with the agronomic characteristics and performance of Synadenium grantii Hook "plant of life", in Zungarococha 2019. The experimental design used was Completely Random Block Design, with four treatments and four repetitions. Each experimental unit consisted of 2 rows, 8 plants/row in the T1 (2 m.x 2 m.); 2 rows, 7 floors/row in T2 (2.5 m. x 2.5 m.); 2 rows, 6 floors/row in the T3 (3 m. x 3 m.) and 2 rows, 5 floors/row in the T4 (3.5 m. x 3.5 m.); the sampling unit was four plants/experimental unit. The results obtained from show that the distancing of sowing is related to the agronomic characteristics and yield of Synadenium grantii Hook "plant of life", where the T4 (3.5 m x 3.5 m), presented the best agronomic characteristics and the best yield of leaves / ha, with 0.862 t.
