The main basis of the research report was to determine the influence of electronic government on administrative management in the Regional Education Management of Loreto (GREL) in the year 2023. It denotes an applied type of research, of a non-experimental design and of a explanatory, taking 172 workers as main informants, a survey was applied, managing to record their perception through a questionnaire, which was subsequently processed in the Excel and SPSS v26 programs. Given this, the work concludes that electronic government has a considerable influence on the administrative management of the GREL in 2023, explaining 70.3% of its variability. Several dimensions of the EG play critical roles in this influence. The efficiency dimension has a considerable influence, explaining 55.2% of the variability in administrative management. The trust dimension contributes significantly to administrative management, explaining 47.4% of its variability. The reliability dimension has a notable impact on administrative management, clarifying 53.9% of the variability according to the causal correlation indices. The user support dimension significantly influences management, explaining 60.3% of the variability. All these dimensions show a significance of level 0.000, indicating their relevance in the administrative management of the GREL.
