Descripción
Sumario:The final report presents as its main objective to determine the relationship between commerce and the socioeconomic development of microentrepreneurs in the District of El Estrecho, Province of Putumayo 2024, in which a basic method, descriptive and correlational level and non experimental design were used. Taking as a population 50 merchants, to whom a questionnaire of questions was used to collect information. The results show that the level of commerce is very low (52%), this is due to the lack of implementation of effective sales strategies, such as the segmentation of clients in specific niches, the organization of special events to promote their products or services, and the absence of loyalty programs or additional benefits for recurring clients. Therefore, it has been possible to determine that socioeconomic development is rated as very low with 54% because merchants do not participate in events or activities organized locally and lack access to specific training programs for microentrepreneurs. A positive relationship was determined between trade and the socioeconomic development of microentrepreneurs, with a correlation coefficient of 0.845. Furthermore, since the significance value is 0.000, which is lower than the common threshold of 0.05, the research hypothesis is accepted.
