CONFIPETROL ANDINA S.A. company dedicated to providing integral solutions in operation and maintenance to companies dedicated to the electrical, mining and hydrocarbons sector, it is for this reason that it goes through the problem of processing large amounts of data regarding compliance indicators, it does so with Excel, insufficient, for TRUE. The objective was to explain how the Business Intelligence Solution (BI) contributes to the indicator reports of CONFIPETROL ANDINA Toquepala - 2022. The sample universe of applied research is made up of 3827 indicator reports generated from October 17 to December 16 from 2022; 1920 generated before and 1907 after the implementation and census sampling. To collect the data, observation sheets regarding errors, preparation time and availability of indicator reports were applied. The relevant results are that errors are reduced to 0.0%, reporting time is reduced and 100% of the reports are available to senior management when they need to perform the respective analysis. It is concluded that the contribution of the BI is significant to improve the reports of indicators in CONFIPETROL - ANDINA Toquepala 2022.
