Sumario:The present research work is justified because it is a topic that transcends all criminal legislation. In light of the above, the interest it generates today is undeniable, and within the necessary adaptation of Criminal Law to the challenge of facing the growing economic and organized crime, the discussion that looms over the criminal responsibility that reaches legal entities aims to describe and compare Compliance and the criminal responsibility of legal entities in the Peruvian legal framework with that of other countries in 2022. This research was qualitative-documentary and exploratory, as written information on the subject of study was analyzed, and based on this, important aspects of the topic were explored, lacking theoretical bases with the intention of generating new reference material. The subjects of study are constituted by the justice system of Peru through the current regulations issued by the central government, the documents generated in the justice system: judicial records, judgments, etc. In addition to the documents that may be accessible on the subject of study and that correspond to other countries. In conclusion, we confirm that Compliance and the criminal responsibility of legal entities in the Peruvian legal framework share similarities with systems in other jurisdictions, although they also present specific characteristics. Comparing it with models from other countries, certain similarities and differences can be observed.
