This research work is of great importance because its objective is to analyze the management of working capital in the company Leirla Justi Import, Iquitos 2019. This study is of a qualitative nature, because it studies the set of interpretive practices, transforms it and turns it into a series of characters in the form of observations, annotations, recordings; and it is descriptive, since it investigates the things of the present, work on factual realities and its fundamental characteristic is to present a correct interpretation, concluding with respect to the company Leirla Justi Import that the representatives of the company point out that, if The working capital is important in the fulfillment of the plans, objectives and goals contemplated in the Work Plan, with 100%, the owner, the General Manager and the Accountant, responded in the interview that the company does have a manual of policies and procedures in the administration of working capital, which represents 100%, for the company managers 100% stated that cash flow is important in the administration of the working capital of the service company. Indicating that it is a tool that management requires to increase the working capital of the company. Regarding the survey, policy guidelines must be implemented in the administration of the working capital of the service company, which in turn are set by the company's board of directors, therefore workers must work in that direction on 100% said yes.
