Descripción
Sumario:The thesis proposed to integrate mobile application technologies in the process of collecting payments for energy consumption, specifically in the field of mobile financial agents. The objective was to technically and collaboratively address the challenge of late payment, seeking to improve the efficiency of the collection system. As a general research problem, we ask if the use of the collection application in mobile agents will improve the collection process of payment for electricity consumption in the Loreto Region in 2022? This led to the study hypothesis: the use of the collection application in mobile agents improves the collection process of payment for electricity consumption in the Loreto Region. The research was observational, non-experimental, applied, descriptive and transversal, to determine the benefits of the application in the context of the research question posed. The results obtained from the study population, made up of mobile financial agents in the city of Iquitos in 2022, confirmed the hypothesis. These results suggest that the integration of mobile technologies in payment collection can be a successful strategy to face financial challenges, especially in regions like Loreto. In conclusion, this study supports the feasibility and effectiveness of the implementation of mobile applications in financial agents to improve collection processes, providing a valuable perspective for future implementations and developments in the field of electrical service management.
