In my research work I have obtained a satisfactory approval, that the supply area of this municipality has an optimal management, therefore The supply area as a relevant factor in the district Municipality of San Pablo- 2019, this research is of Qualitative- Descriptive type, its study population was 40 people, companies suppliers of goods, works and services that depend on this supply or logistics rae. As a conclusion I have a 63% that consider efficient, the supply area as a relevant factor, for the quick attention in the dispatch of the files of the purchase orders, works and services, and 12% point out deficient to the logistics area, for the reason of the process of return of files that this area makes, in order to correct their files for their respective payments, and not to be observed by the internal control office and external auditors. This return of documents that do not meet the requirements is good, because it prevents possible transgressions to the OSCE norms, supervising entity of the state contracting, with the purpose that the officials of the logistics office are not sanctioned administratively and criminally in later internal controls.
