The objective of the report was to determine the relationship between information management and productivity at the Generalísimo Don José de San Martín educational institution, Iquitos, 2022. An applied study and non-experimental design were used. The population was made up of 107 people to whom a questionnaire was applied to collect information. After analyzing the results, it was identified that information management is rated as average (23%), while productivity has an average rating (24%). Therefore, it was concluded that there is a significant relationship between information management and productivity, supported by a correlation coefficient of 0.640 (considerable positive). Additionally, the ICT resources dimension has a coefficient and significance of (r=0.537; p=0.000), the employment dimension of social networks had a coefficient and significance of (r=0.277; p=0.000), the information management tools show a coefficient and significance of (r=0.648; p=0.000). The characteristics of the information have a coefficient and significance of (r=0.503; p=0.000). All of dimensions are significantly related to productivity.
