The objective of this objective was to determine the relationship between the program of telematic declaration electronic form -PLAME and labor obligations in the Requena Local Educational Management Unit, 2021. With an applied type research, descriptive level - correlational and non-experimental design, For the collection of information, the survey technique and the questionnaire instrument were used, where 63 workers were taken as a population and sampled. While it was concluded that, the PLAME is qualified as regular (32%) because sometimes the system used for the registration of information is fast, as well as, sometimes the personnel of the Ministry of Labor continuously monitor compliance with labor obligations in institutions. On the other hand, labor obligations are classified as low (29%), since the institution almost never complies with the payment of the basic remuneration to its personnel; and never grants the vacation period when it corresponds. Finally, it was possible to determine a positive and considerable relationship between the PLAME and labor obligations in the UGEL Requena, with a correlation coefficient of 0.733.
