Sumario:The organization management works in the following aspects: Strategy, financial, business, operative and human capacities, in difficult or in favor situations The management works in styles or how to lead people to get our goals; according the organization are going through any moment in Iquitos city. This work is acording an hypothesis about the demographic and educational features in and style of leading that the management does it according the situation of the organization are going through. The results show that masculine management direct their efforts to do assignments while feminines do them to people. Young people prefer to share their style but according the years passing by they prefer to give orders. Regarding the labor time of population we conclude that people white less skill prefer to share while the others prefer to give orders. The managements styles are different when people have a high educational degree, people whith less degree prefer to give orders but according they get a high educational degree they change their style to share it in the relationship with people
