The purpose of this research was to examine the connection between participation in children's rounds and the progress of the development of oral expression in five-year-old children at the Institución Educativa Inicial 312 Grillito during the year 2022. The focus of the study was characterized by being quantitative and relational, with a scope defined as non-experimental, correlational and transectional. The most appropriate design for this study was considered non experimental. The population consisted of 80 children enrolled in the institution. It was decided to use a sample of the same size as the population due to practical considerations. Data collection was carried out through observation, using an observation guide previously validated by experts. The results obtained through Spearman's correlation coefficient, with a value of rs= 0.578, indicated a moderate relationship between participation in children's rounds and the development of oral expression in five-year-old children. Therefore, it can be conclusively concluded that there is a significant association between participation in children's rounds and the advancement of oral expression development in children of this age.
