The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the Integrated Administrative Management System and decision making in the logistics area of Ugel Maynas 2021, therefore, it was developed under a descriptive-correlational type of study and non-experimental design, for which a sample of 28 collaborators with the same amount of population has been taken, for the data collection the survey was chosen, using the questionnaire as an instrument. Therefore, the research concludes that SIGA is perceived by employees as regular, because almost never the Integrated Administrative Management System allows an adequate requirement of goods and services, also, sometimes they have the real estate registry It allows you to have an adequate valuation and control of the accounting, as well as, they never use the SIGA WEB application to record the expenses, surrender and / or reimbursement of petty cash. In the same way, the collaborators state that decision-making is classified as regular, because sometimes they take enough time to analyze decisions, on the other hand, they state that the risks that could affect decision-making are never weighed, finally, sometimes alternatives are analyzed according to the results. The work concluded that there is a relationship between SIGA and decision making in a considerable and significant way (rho = .826; sig. = 0.000); the same happens with logistics (rho = .841; sig. = 0.000); patrimony (rho = .846; sig. = 0.000); and treasury (rho = .846; sig. = 0.000).
