The main objective of this research project is to develop a computer application that allows the efficient control of Payments and the adequate information of the courses of the National School of Statistics and Informatics of Loreto, to develop it the quantitative and Note sheet of the response time of attention with an application level, supported by a data collection methodology, whose design of the pre-experimental research and for this the study population is shown that will be made up of clients or students interested in studying courses in the national computer science school, from where he sampled 15, whose sampling was for convenience. The technique to be developed for the data collection of the dependent variable, payment control management of the courses of the National School of Statistics and informatics will be the structured survey to measure the level of user satisfaction and the time record sheet using the timer to measure the efficiency of the collection operations using the implemented application and finally it was concluded in: The computer application was developed and implemented that allowed to carry out efficiently the control of Payments and the adequate information of the courses of the National School of Statistics and Informatics and The Research Hypothesis is accepted "If, the software application is implemented then it will improve the control of customer payments of the National School of Statistics and Informatics."
