According to the annual report of the Comptroller General of the Republic (2019), the control environment considers and elevates an organization's ability to influence its employees through their awareness or employee performance on internal controls. It also constitutes a fundamental aspect because it represents the basis for evaluating the philosophies related to organizational control. In this sense, the objective of the research was to determine the relationship that exists between the control environment and the actions in the Municipality of Maynas, during the logistic period 2021. For this, a quantitative methodology, correlational design and non-experimental in nature. and we conclude that there is a positive and significant relationship between the control environment and the logistics actions in the Municipality of Maynas, during the year 2021, and this connection of 95.4%. In addition, we also verified the existence of a positive relationship between the between the control environment and the planning and management of purchases in the Municipality of Maynas, during the year 2021 and a positive and significant relationship between the between the control environment and the storage management in the Municipality of Maynas, during the year 2021. And these ratios are 36.2% and 38.17% respectively.
